Chai Break Peacock Rescue
A driver steps away for chai. In the back seat of his vintage Ambassador, a peacock sits belted onto a seat embroidered like couture. A woman in a black sequinned gown walks past, stops, and looks closer. She slips off her stiletto, breaks the window and carries the bird away, one heel on, as the driver comes running back.
A 15 second fashion film built around one idea: the garment and the world share the same language. The night garden on her skirt continues onto the car seat, gold beetles and all.
